「icon CONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHY 2026」を、東京・ 渋谷のSHIBUYA SACSにて開催いたします。

本展では、日本の現代写真表現を牽引する12名の作家たちを紹介し、写真というメディウムが持つ記録性、構築性、物語性、身体性をあらためて見つめ直します。伝統と革新、ドキュメンテーションと創造のあいだに立ち上がる日本の写真表現を国内外へ発信していく 、iconのキュレーション姿勢を体現する場となります。
あわせて、会場では山村酒造さんの日本酒をご提供予定です。

icon is pleased to present "icon CONTEMPORARY PHOTOGRAPHY 2026," an exhibition focusing on the diversity of contemporary photographic practice and the expanding field of expression, at SHIBUYA SACS in Shibuya, Tokyo.
This exhibition introduces twelve artists who are shaping contemporary Japanese photography, reexamining the documentary, constructed, narrative, and corporeal qualities of the photographic medium.
Situated between tradition and innovation, documentation and creation, the exhibition embodies icon's curatorial vision to share Japanese photographic expression with audiences in Japan and abroad.
We will also be serving sake by Yamamura Shuzo at the venue. On the day of the opening reception, guests may enjoy one complimentary glass.
